- 🥛 500ml mleka (milk)
- 🥄 2 łyżki cukru (tablespoons of sugar)
- 🍮 2 opakowania budyniu waniliowego (vanilla pudding mix, unsweetened)
- 🍶 250ml śmietanki kremówki (whipping cream, 30%)
- 🧂 1 łyżeczka cukru pudru (teaspoon of powdered sugar)
- 🥄 Wiórki czekoladowe lub kakao (chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for decoration)
Directions:
- Prepare the base:
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a blender or food processor.
- Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan, compacting it evenly. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

- Whisk the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Once the pudding has cooled, gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the cake:
- Spread half of the creamy pudding mixture over the chilled biscuit base.
- Add another layer of biscuits on top, followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Smooth the top layer evenly.
- Decorate and chill:
- Decorate the top with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
